No Matter How Far You’ve Gone, If You’re On The Wrong Road, Turn Back.

wrong road

For my first 3 years as a business owner, I tried to build an online fitness business. In June 2017, I shut up shop and walked away.

In hindsight I probably should have walked away a lot earlier, but I held on for two reasons:

1. I needed to know I’d given it everything because walking away felt like giving up, and I wasn’t going to give up until I tried all I could to make my business a success.

2. I was afraid other people would say ‘I told you so’.

The first reason was a good one for holding on… the second, not so much.

It’s 10-months since I transitioned to freelance writing and while I can’t say I’m entirely successful yet, I’ve had more success in 10 months than I ever had as a trainer.

Kinky Boots .

There’s a few reasons why I finally feel like I’m one step away from the success I dreamed of since I became a business owner.

But there’s one that matters most:

I absolutely love my work.

It’s the reason I can keep showing up every day, even when things aren’t quite going to plan.

If you’re working your butt off for zero success and it’s tearing you apart, perhaps you’re on the wrong road and it’s time to turn back. Find your new direction when you enter your details and tap ‘yes’ below.
