“Busyness isn’t a badge of honour; it’s a sign of weakness”.

Anthony Moore.

When my online fitness business was a success like an ice cream vendor at the North Pole (a.k.a. not successful at all), I had a record on repeat:

“I’m working my arse off, I’m doing everything I can, why the hell isn’t this working?”

I couldn’t see it at the time, but ‘busyness’ was my badge of honour. Because I was working 50, 60 or 70 hours per week, I thought I deserved to be successful. Hard work = success, right?

In hindsight, I couldn’t see the forest for the trees. It turns out, it doesn’t matter how hard you work if you’re doing the wrong work. What’s worse, when you’re so consumed by busy work, you rarely step back and reassess if you’re spending time on the work that’s going to create your dream.

If you’re working 20 hours a day, constantly busy or can’t find the time to see your family, you need ‘The Stress-Free Success Toolkit’. With this FREE download, I’ll walk you through an exercise designed to identify the tasks that WILL put money in your bank if you complete them consistently (plus I’ll teach you how to find a lot more time do live the life of freedom you’re fighting for).

P.S. If you’re a business owner, or thinking about becoming one (or even if you’re a parent, employee or someone with a lot of shit on their plate) there’s honestly something in the toolkit for you. Self-care is one of the most under-used strategies for health and wellness in the world today. But if the changes in my life over the last 12-months are anything to go by, if you want to make your life better, you need to make time for self-care. How? Jot your details in the box below and click the button, honey.
